Student Job Openings - Fall 2012

McIntyre Library is now taking applications for fall semester employment. 

The library is seeking:
Research and Instruction Assistants (3 positions)
Special Collections Assistants (2 positions)


You must have federal work study money to obtain one of these positions.

Library Grounds Closed June 29

Library Grounds, the coffee shop in McIntyre Library will close permanently on June 29, 2012.  If you need coffee or snacks, the new Davies Center has tentatively scheduled their coffee shop to open by the first of August.

15 New iPads available

McIntyre Library now has 15 new iPads available for checkout.  These iPads have retina display for super-crisp graphics. 

Just like the iPad 2's, you can check the new iPads out for a week.  Get 'em before they're all gone!

Did you know that McIntyre Library is part of the UW-Eau Claire mobile application for Android, Apple, and other mobile application devices?

Downloading the application will give you access to the library catalog, article databases, and much more wherever you have a wi-fi or internet connection on your mobile device.
