In a letter of thanks, HMAA Interim Executive Director, Yong Kay Moua wrote, "Your donation comes at a critical time when we especially need to help families with unanticipated food emergencies over the winter season. Due to increases in home heating and utility costs, an increasing number of families are registering with our agency to receive rice."
