U.S., WI., and MN. tax forms are available at McIntyre Library. The location has changed to 1st floor near the music CDs. Tax materials are for personal use only, as supplies are limited. The Reference Desk has reproducible forms that can be duplicated for 10 cents each. Forms may be downloaded from Web sites using the following URLs:
