John Pollitz has been named Director of Libraries and will assume the position on August 6. John comes to us from Oregon State University where he is the Associate University Librarian for Public Services and Innovative Technology. Prior to that he served as Library Director at St. Ambrose University. Welcome, John!
A very special thanks goes out to Chris Cox for his extraordinary leadership as Interim Director for the past several months. Chris will resume his position as Assistant Director in August.

Hello everyone,
I am very excited about joining the
McIntyre Library team and am looking forward with great anticipation getting started. I had such a great time during the interview and want to thank everyone for being so welcoming. I plan on making this much more personal in the future but for now this message will have to suffice.
Just know, that I can't wait to be there!
