On Wed. Sept 5 from 7-11 pm just over 800 students came to the library to experience After Dark.  This improves on last year's record of 621 during the same four hour period.

Thank you to all of the student groups who helped make this event so successful: UWEC Players for the living statues, Backwards Thinkers Society for their improv comedy, and the Irish Dancing Club for their lively dance routines.

The party will feature free Toppers pizza, games,  and live entertainment.  Library staff have designed a multi-floor, 9-hole miniature golf course that has water hazards and utilizes one of the stairwells.  Students can also play a variety of board & video games and participate in Family Feud, Pictionary, Bingo, and life-size Clue.  Prizes will be awarded throughout the night.

It's your move! Ongoing chess game in the Library

Take a break in your studies to make the next move in an ongoing chess game in the Library. Find the game near the elevators on the 1st floor. A marker indicates whose move it is (black pieces or white pieces). Make a move, change the marker, and check back later to see how your color is doing. Stay tuned for more game events in the Library!
